Laudarra 10 string guitars

Laudarra Guitars specialises in multi string 7, 8, 10 and 11 string guitars and opened its doors for business in December 2011 with the launch of its web site  http://www.laudarra.com.au/. Laudarra are the distributors in Oceania for Milagro, Bartolex, Lorenzo Frignani and Lance Litchfield multi string guitars. Laudarra also will be marketing Australian made multi string guitars in Europe and the USA via its associates.

Peter Mony a classical guitarist based in Sydney, converted to the 10 string guitar about 15 months ago, and was so impressed with the guitars from Neris Gonzalez's Bartolex and Milagro range that he decided to turn a hobby into a passion. After selling his electronic manufacturing business earlier this year he decided to pursue and specialise in the multi string realm.

Laudarra will also stock a range of useful guitar accessories and are the Peterson electronic tuners and metronomes agent in Australia. They also represent hand crafted Italian tuning machines from Allessi. Laudarra will also offer basic guitar set-up and maintenance services for their instruments such as fret levelling, re-stringing, saddle and nut making and compensation adjustments.

A small studio in a lovely garden setting is planned for early 2012 where not only guitarists can try out multi string guitars but also record simple clips of themselves for Utube etc. Peter's other passion and business is restoring vintage amplifiers and reel to reel tape recorders – so an acoustically tuned studio is a natural synergy.
